How It Works
Our powder coating line begins with a comprehensive five-stage cleaning system to ensure optimal surface preparation and coating adhesion.
For batch processing applications, components are either shot-blasted to the required SA surface preparation standards or chemically treated (chromated), depending on the substrate and specification.
Following surface preparation, parts are electrostatically coated with high-quality dry powder and oven-cured under controlled conditions. The result is a smooth, hard-wearing, and highly durable finish that delivers excellent corrosion resistance and long-term performance.
